About Danielle Palm
Danielle Palm is an elder law and estate planning attorney with Estates and Elders Law in Liberty Lake, Washington. She is passionate about working with elders, their families and all those interested in planning their estates, protecting their families, preserving their assets and seeking long-term care. Danielle also assists families with the settling of estates, including probate, as well as a variety of other elder law matters.
Danielle was born and raised in the beautiful state of Montana. After graduating from Montana State University, her educational and professional aspirations lead her to the University of Washington in Seattle. There, she earned a Master’s Degree in Political Science, followed by her Juris Doctor, graduating in 2005.
During law school, Danielle met her husband, Brian, an active duty member of the United States Coast Guard. They spent the next twelve years, along with their two children, moving from coast to coast as Brian fulfilled his military career. They always knew they would return to the northwest, so upon Brian’s military retirement in 2016, the family decided to create permanent roots in Liberty Lake. They have fallen in love with Eastern Washington and enjoy everything it has to offer, including hiking, camping and skiing.
During their military years, Danielle obtained her law license in Arkansas and the District of Columbia, as well as in-house counsel status in the state of Massachusetts. She gained experience in family law, military law and corporate law. It was not until Danielle provided staff support to the attorneys at the Gonzaga University Elder Law Clinic, starting in 2016, that she discovered her true passion of elder law. In the spring of 2020, Danielle obtained her law license in Washington and joined Estates and Elders Law to provide legal protection and counsel for families in Eastern Washington.
